Departure Dates
At present no balloon safaris have been scheduled for December 2012. In the event of a serious enquiry please contact our office to discuss the possibility of running a safari to meet your own clients schedule during the following periods. Confirmations will be subject to room availability and to balloon availability during that period.

(For all bookings we will only accept a minimum of 6 passengers in one group.)
Reservations and Pricing
1)	Published rate pricing as follows based on 6 days/5 nights for Inle and Bagan:
USD 8000 per person (6 - 8 pax occupancy) (A minimum of 6 passengers is required to confirm the tour)
2)	Published rate pricing as follows based on 4 days/3 nights for Shan State only:
USD 6000 per person (6 - 8 pax occupancy) (A minimum of 6 passengers is required to confirm the tour)
3)	Payment and confirmation: A 50% deposit will be required to secure the booking. Final payment will be due one month before departure. Cancellation fees will only apply upon payment and issue of tickets as follows:
Cancellation up to three months before – 90% refund Cancellation up to one month before – 50% refund Cancellation less than one month before – no refund
Tour Staff & Support
At all times clients will be hosted by their “Balloons over Bagan” dedicated pilot or a local knowlegeable guide. Behind the scenes our professional ground crew, fleet of vehicles, boats and drivers will be working hard to ensure a seamless travel experience
Group Size (6 – 8 pax)
Our Group size is restricted to a maximum of 8 people to ensure the highest levels of exclusivity and privacy. Our luxury antique buses and support vehicles will be on hand as you experience beautiful Shan Sate and Bagan in style and comfort.
